Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for design and a passion for fashion to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating visually engaging content that aligns with DARLIN's aesthetic and brand values, and includes the responsibility of photo retouching, working under the guidance of our Senior Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce graphic content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and our website, as well as printed materials like in-store displays and promotional brochures.
- Retouch photos from shoots to ensure the highest quality visual output, focusing on color correction, alignment, and adherence to the visual style of DARLIN.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and translate marketing objectives into clear, compelling graphic communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects, adhering to company guidelines.
- Assist in the photo selection process for new products and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Proficient with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite), especially Photoshop for photo editing.
- Strong portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates expertise in graphic design and photo retouching.
- A good eye for aesthetics and details.
